Yes, I realize that we're a tourist all the time but today we're doing what almost every other visitor does--go to the Eiffel Tower. We can take our time and not worry about rushing to the next sight since we're here for 15 days.

The Olympic rings. There were moved here from Paris City Hall (Hôtel de Ville).
Like last time we were here, we skipped going to the top. Going to the top costs 36 EUR (41.85 USD) per person, and I can't justify that kind of money for a view of Paris that doesn't include the tower. We took a walk around the nice (free) park near the tower instead. I really don't see many pictures from this viewpoint.

Lots of photos and walking today, but there's not room to post everything! Tomorrow will be a second (slower) visit to a well-known landmark.
